Overview

Our battlefield-based leadership training experiences are designed to examine contemporary workplace leadership practices by focusing on the decisions and actions of military commanders in many of history’s most memorable battles.  Our programs are structured to help corporate executives and managers better understand current leadership dynamics and issues by analyzing the dynamics of actual examples of leaders from history.
